Sweets recipes!!!

Hi,

I hope that I am putting this in the right thread. I am making a food hamper for christmas and wanted to make some toffee crumble sweets. I have searched the internet and the only info I can get is chocolate, shortbread and caramel. Does anyone have a more precise recipe?

Please help.
