Hi, It's been awhile since I've been on here. I was working for my school for a little bit, but now I'm back. Quick question, is there anything wrong with eating just salads for my main meals? Now, when I say just salad, I'm talking fully loaded with protein (chicken, turkey or tuna), cheese, maybe some fruit and nuts. Reason I ask is because I can't seem to control myself when I eat anything else. I'll eat healthy food, but I eat so much, that I feel like I could have been better eating something unhealthy. For some reason, when I eat a big salad, I'm full, and I don't feel horrible about eating it. Any and all help is appreciated Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
